Classical Piano Music and Composers
This post will focus more on some very popular and amazing classical composers of the past and also some not so famous ones! I will also probably throw in some funny or very interesting pieces of classical piano music here and there so keep an eye out! :)
Ludwig van Beethoven
We're going to start with one of the most well known composers of all time, Beethoven's classical/romantic era style of composing has stood the test of time and for good reason. Having studied under another very influential pianist and composer, Haydn, among others including his father, he became a virtuoso pianist and composer of over 650 pieces of music including 32 larger piano sonatas, numerous shorter pieces, a large amount of chamber music, and 9 symphonies most of which many people would recognize. And remember kids he did all of this before computers!
Some of his most famous works include the Eroica Symphony, his 5th symphony, Fur Elise, Moonlight Sonata, and Pathetique Sonata.

Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart
Another one of the most influential composers in history, a child prodigy and another composer for more than 600 works of music. His style was much more classical than Beethoven's and closer to that of Haydn. But I won't go on and on about music history and his styles, just that he has a large amount of piano music and repertoire for many different levels of students and his music is most definitely worth some of your time to listen! Enjoy!
Some of his best works include Eine kleine Nachtmusik, The Jupiter Symphony, The Magic Flute, and Mozart's Requiem.
